About Acruity
Acruity was founded in 2011 by Roger Hunt and Darrin Eichorn. We provide service in northern Indiana and southern Michigan. We provide a full range of IT services including server migrations, workstation setups, network configuration and implementation, and cloud solutions including Microsoft 365. We also offer Managed Services to ensure that your data backup is functioning properly, critical updates and patches are applied on servers and workstations, and the overall health of your network is maintained.

• Responsiveness: If you are down, you become Priority 1, regardless of size or revenue.
•Technical Expertise: Any of our engineers can assist with tech problems – you don’t have to wait for a “server guy” or a “network guy”.
•Fair Billing: We don’t bill you if the issue isn’t resolved. We don’t bill for return trips if we have to come back to address the same issue after the initial visit. We quote projects and installation work as Flat Rates and stick to our estimates, so that what you pay is what you were quoted.
